Irma Petraitytė-Lukšienė

Irma Petraitytė-Lukšienė chairs the Commission for Civil Resilience of the Lithuanian World Community. Her focus is total defence, civil-society resilience and information resilience. For the Baltic International Security Centre (BISC), she analyses German-language media and narratives on Baltic security. She advises and speaks on total defence in Germany and Lithuania. She trained at the Lithuanian Military Academy and the NATO CIMIC Centre of Excellence, and received the Global Lithuanian Award in 2022. She lives in Munich.
