Jean-Marc Rickli

Jean-Marc Rickli is Head of Global and Emerging Risks at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP), where he also founded and directs the Polymath Initiative. He is an expert on cognitive warfare, military AI and emerging defence technologies, and represents the GCSP at the UN Group of Governmental Experts on Lethal Autonomous Weapons Systems. He co-chairs the NATO Partnership for Peace Consortium’s Emerging Security Challenges Working Group and co-curates the International Security Map of the World Economic Forum’s Strategic Intelligence Platform.
